L’anno 2011 il giorno 13 giugno 2011 alle ore 23:00 si riunisce, in prima convocazione, l’Assemblea Ordinaria Soci della “COOPERFIDI ABRUZZO” Società Cooperativa ed il 30 di giugno 2011, alle ore 15:00, in località Campo di Pile, Via G. Saragat, presso la sede provvisoria della Cooperfidi Abruzzo – Soc. Coop. in seconda convocazione, l’Assemblea Ordinaria Soci della “COOPERFIDI ABRUZZO” Società Cooperativa, regolarmente convocata mediante avviso pubblicato e comunicato a termine di Statuto, per discutere e deliberare il seguente ordine del giorno:
- APPROVAZIONE DEL BILANCIO chiuso al 31/12/2010, Nota Integrativa, relazione del Presidente nonché la relazione del Collegio Sindacale;
- Determinazione compenso al Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale – determinazione dei gettoni di presenza ai membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale;
- Comunicazione del Presidente sulla ricollocazione della sede Cooperfidi ed atti consequenziali;
- Rimborso quote Sociali anno 2010.
